This immersive dinner will feature a sound installation derived from our quarries and composed by artist in residence Audra Wolowiec: unique tableware responding to our natural environment: and custom-made Tajines. Chef resident, Leon Johnson will create a bountiful Moroccan meal centered around eggplant and chicken, utilizing fresh vegetables from the Marble House Project Garden and proteins from our local farms. The meal will begin with homemade flatbread, spreads, salads and a specialty cocktail. $55. per person
